Add Value operates on a no-cure no-pay basis and other flexible contract forms, always with clear, legally binding agreements. Our structure enables us to operate efficiently and effectively within the frameworks of modern business operations, while ensuring the independence of our recruiters.
It is crucial to note that Add Value explicitly does not create traditional employer-employee relationships. This is clearly outlined in our contracts, in accordance with the requirements of the Spanish tax authorities and labor laws, to prevent any semblance of false self-employment. Freelancers retain complete freedom in their activities, client relationships, and are also free to seek and bill multiple clients.
